For the menu, I'd like to suggest a 12 oz. prime rib with garlic potatoes and a vegetable medley of carrots and green beans with almonds. No, actually, I thought the menu from last year was just great. Sandwiches are easy, and hot dogs are also easy. My guys love to cook them over the fire themselves. You might be able to use the vegetable idea, however. Carrots, apples, etc. would be a good (and, I hate to admit, healthy) complement to the meal that's also portable to take along as a snack.
ReplyDeleteSchedule looks good, too. The boys loved all the rocket activities!
