Fall issue of Scout's Honor; Council Newsletter

The Fall issue of Scout's Honor, Laurel Highlands Council Newsletter, is available on the Laurel Highlands Council website. Hardcopies are currently being produced and will appear in the mailbox of every registered Scouting family over the next two weeks.
