Summertime Outdoor Ideas & Volunteering (Ruckus Obstacle, Venture Outdoors, Paddle Without Pollution)

Once again this year we are happy to spread the word on cool ideas to get outside!

1) Check out the outdoor obstacle course, Ruckus, via http://www.runruckus.com/pages/ruckus-pittsburgh

2) Venture Outdoors (www.ventureoutdoors.com )is dedicated to providing lots of options to explore Pittsburgh
This coming Saturday, the 18th, is their annual huge festival at Point State Park (http://www.ventureoutdoors.org/vofest.aspx)

2) Paddle Without Pollution (http://paddlewithoutpollution.com/) is a local nonprofit that is dedicated to cleaning up the waterways.  They have a number of weekend cleanup projects scheduled for the summer months...
